1. SH60C climatic test chamber
This test chamber uses a xenon arc technique and simulates complicated natural phenomenon and working environments. The chamber is used to conduct continuous and routine sunlight radiation, rain damage, constant temperature and constant humidity testing. This test chamber is a standard professional machine for aging testing, especially for optical cable products.
2. Combustion Tester
This testing device is mainly used to evaluate the insulativity, and fire resistance capacity of optical cables and nonmetal materials. It well shows the flame retardant performance of optical cables.
3. WDW-5E microcomputer controlled integrated tester
This tester is used cooperatively with other instruments in mechanical property tests of metals and nonmetals. It is suitable for use in quality inspection, research, aerospace, iron and steel metallurgy, automotive, rubber and plastic, woven materials and many more applications.
4. QS87 dielectric loss and permittivity measuring instrument
Equipped with the advanced high-precision and high-voltage capacitance bridge, this measuring instrument does testing under a set temperatures, vacuum conditions, high pressure and more, providing important electrical parameters of dielectric media, and insulating materials.
5. Intelligent Projector
This intelligent projector automatically measures the structure of wires and cables as well as the cross section of conductive layer. Using optical techniques and advanced software, it automatically identifies the pictures and measures related technical parameters. It is a necessary and important device in cable manufacturing.
